Each company that files under its own FRN is a separate order — the FCC expects an affiliate that independently provides voice service to submit its own RMD filing, and a separate CPNI certification for each affiliate with its own Form 499 Filer ID (DA 26-72, Appendix A; DA 26-139).

Which one do I need?

Never filed
New Provider RMD Filing — $490. You’re launching, or you sell voice and have never filed. Until your filing appears in the Database, U.S. providers must refuse the calls you send them directly (47 CFR § 64.6305(g)). The Annual Compliance Pack can take over from your first March 1.
Already listed
Annual Compliance Pack — $790/year. You must recertify every year on or before March 1 (§ 64.6305(h)), and if you provide interconnected VoIP or telecommunications service, your CPNI certification is due the same day (§ 64.2009(e)). One order covers both.
Something changed
Change Update — $150. New owner, officer, address, name, underlying provider, analytics vendor or STIR/SHAKEN status: the filing must be updated within 10 business days (§ 64.6305(d)(5)).

  • Legal advice, or representation before the FCC
  • Submitting anything for you — you file with your own FCC login, your officer signs
  • The request for confidential treatment itself (if you want part of your plan kept confidential, we prepare the redacted and unredacted versions; the request is filed in ECFS, WC Docket No. 17-97)
  • STIR/SHAKEN implementation: SPC token, certificate, signing, network work
  • Form 499-A / 499-Q and universal service contribution calculations
  • Traceback responses and Enforcement Bureau correspondence
FCC filing fee. The FCC adopted a $100 fee for initial RMD filings and annual recertifications, but its January 2026 notice says the fee is not yet in effect, and the current rule text (47 CFR § 1.1105) still does not include it. If it takes effect, you pay it to the FCC; it is not part of our price.
Can we buy the CPNI certification on its own?

Today the CPNI certification is sold inside the Annual Compliance Pack ($790/year), together with your RMD recertification — most providers owe both on March 1. Tell us in your request if your situation is different.

We play more than one role in the call chain. Does that cost more?

No. One FRN carries one RMD filing, with a certification for each role you select and one mitigation plan that explains any steps that differ by role (DA 24-73). The price is per filing, not per role.

Why is there no call option?

Because written work is what gets filed, and a written trail protects you. Every question and answer lives in email, so you can forward it to your officer or counsel. We reply within one U.S. business day.
